AI Receptionist subscription

The ForgeAI AI Receptionist offer is a recurring subscription. US$99 is charged at activation. The first 30 days of service are included at no additional charge, and the initial US$99 payment covers the following 30-day service period. The next automatic renewal of US$99 is scheduled approximately 60 days after activation. After that, the subscription renews at US$99 per month until cancelled.

By completing checkout and selecting the recurring-billing authorization, the customer authorizes the US$99 activation charge and subsequent recurring US$99 monthly charges according to this schedule until cancellation.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel future renewals at any time before the next renewal is processed. Cancellation stops future recurring charges. The initial US$99 activation payment is covered by ForgeAI's 14-day money-back guarantee. After that guarantee period, charges already validly incurred are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed by ForgeAI.

Service setup

Customers must provide the business information reasonably required to configure the AI Receptionist. Service performance depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied by the customer.

Acceptable use

Customers must use ForgeAI lawfully and must not use the service for fraud, unlawful surveillance, harassment, deceptive practices, or activities prohibited by applicable law.

AI limitations

AI-generated responses can be imperfect. Customers remain responsible for reviewing business instructions, escalation rules, booking information, pricing guidance, and other operational information supplied to ForgeAI.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. ForgeAI does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.
